This position ensures implementation of the Caring for Denver grant, increases outreach capacity, strengthens referral pathways, and supports long-term sustainability of trauma-informed services in the Denver metro area. Full Consideration Date Monday May 25, 2026, 11:59pm (MT) Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 Essential Job Duties Clinical services (trauma assessment and treatment) Grant coordination and reporting Community outreach and partnership development Decision Making The position independently makes decisions regarding: Clinical assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and trauma-informed recommendations Determining client readiness for services Prioritizing outreach and community engagement aligned with grant deliverables Tracking grant metrics, coordinating reporting, and maintaining compliance Recommending modifications to outreach, training, and engagement strategies Collaborates with
CTRAC/FRC
Directors on clinical quality, sustainability planning, and partner development. Supervision 1-3 master's and/or bachelor level interns or trainees (as assigned) Minimum Education Master's degree in HDFS, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Working toward professional licensure in Colorado Minimum Experience Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/family systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and cultural contexts Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills Preferred Qualifications Licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Experience providing clinical services to bilingual/immigrant families Prior experience conducting trauma assessments Training or certification in
TF-CBT, MATCH, AF-CBT
