This position optimizes internal processes, enhances productivity, and oversees daily operations and implements strategic in collaboration with the program director. The selected applicant oversees financial data, manages budgets, participate in grant writing, ensures cross-departmental alignment and reports to the program director to improve overall organizational efficiency and performance.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Operational Optimization:
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflows.Financial Management:
Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, ensure budget consolidation, and conduct cost-benefit analysesGrant Writing duties: Identify and analyze funding opportunities that align with the organization's goals. Write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and grant applications. Manage the grant lifecycle, including tracking deadlines, maintaining grants calendar, and gathering necessary documentation as needed.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with program leadership to define company-wide goals and execute strategic initiativesPerformance Metrics:
In coordination with the program director, monitor key performance indicators and report on performance to community stakeholders.Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor staff to drive performance and employee engagement.Cross-Functional Coordination:
