Apply Now Job Description The Grants Supervisor at the Intermediate Unit will oversee the full lifecycle of federal and state grants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution across all funding streams. This role is responsible for managing grant writing, submission, post‑award administration, sub‑award monitoring, and grants accounting. The Grants Supervisor serves as a subject matter expert on grant regulations and acts as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and external funding agencies. They will establish processes, monitor deadlines, and ensure proper financial tracking and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple grants simultaneously from pre‑award through closeout.
