Aug 31, 2026 Job Description Essex North Shore is seeking an Early College Facilitator for the 2026-2027 School Year. This is a 184-day grant-funded position. Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting the 2026-2027 Early College Program as well as recruitment, enrollment, and planning with an emphasis on increasing access and equity to post-secondary college and career opportunities. This will include providing guided academic support for identified students and executing recruitment, enrollment and retention efforts with an emphasis on increasing access and equity to post-secondary college and career opportunities for underrepresented students. The facilitator provides support for Essex Tech students on both the Essex Tech and North Shore Community College campuses.
Qualifications:
Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education licensure or candidates with guided student support or educational coaching experience preferred. Bilingual preferred. Satisfactory CORI, SAFIS, and SORI.
