Role:
The Program Development & Evaluation Monitor leads the full lifecycle of grant-funded and strategic initiatives across the organization, including program development, implementation, evaluation, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. This role is responsible for project management, content development, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning, ensuring programs are effectively designed, executed, and aligned with funder requirements and organizational priorities. This position serves as a lead resource for program monitoring and grant operations, providing functional guidance, decision-making support, and quality oversight across initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
3-5 years of applicable experience
