Job Description

Frassati Catholic Academy (FCA) in White Bear Lake, Minnesota is seeking a Enrollment/Development Manager for the 2026-27 school year. It's an exciting time at
FCA:
We are entering our second decade of forming children according to a Catholic vision; and we are full of gratitude for the recent canonization of our patron, Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati. We know that our Catholic worldview is increasingly divergent from that of the common mentality, and the time has come for us to be clearer and more explicit about who we are and what we are attempting to do as a Catholic school. At FCA, we aim to be a community of learners, united by our common belonging to Christ, who is present in the Church. We seek to live an authentically Catholic culture, born from our continual conversion and adherence to Christ. We aim to initiate students into the great story of salvation, and truthfully introduce them to the whole of reality. We seek to form them and assist them in locating themselves in God's great story, in order to give themselves over to Him and thereby achieve fulfillment. We have a clear sense of purpose and direction from our leadership at FCA. We are a part of the history and tradition of both St. Mary of the Lake, and St. Pius X parishes in White Bear Lake. As we enter our second decade as an organization, we look forward to the next chapter of our story. If this is a story you'd like to be a part of, we invite you to consider applying.
Enrollment Responsibilities:
Analyze, set and achieve enrollment goals. Create and maintain an annual recruitment plan with outreach initiatives like collaborating with contributing parishes, hosting a Marketfest booth, and other local events. Receive and facilitate all inquiries regarding enrollment. Guide families through the application process. Communicate with prospective families, including phone calls, in person interviews, reviewing academic, behavioral and medical histories, and searching for eligible and mission-aligned families. Organize and facilitate campus tours and shadow days. Advise prospective students and families on financial aid eligibility, scholarships, application procedures, and payment planning. Ensure an efficient, seamless onboarding experience for new students & their families. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve barriers to student success and retention.
Development Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and implement an annual giving appeals calendar. Create and maintain an annual grant calendar for submitting requests, reports, and other key materials for current and prospective grantmakers. Generate grant proposals, reports and supporting documents based on research of existing grant opportunities. Develop and maintain database, including current families, graduated families, community members, etc.. Build and steward relationships with a portfolio of donors, particularly focused on event sponsors (collaborating with Event Manager) and calendar year-end giving. Write & send appeal letters, one round in the late summer or early fall, and another before calendar year-end. Seek new ways to surpass fundraising goals and broaden donor pool. Serve as the school's main point of contact on all fundraising aspects. Oversee fundraising elements of Give to the Max Day, Catholic United Financial Raffle, Spring Gala, and other fundraising events, including sponsorships. Grow and maintain relationships to aid in the development process and planning for our school community, including parish relations.
