District Supervisor (ESSA Grant, K-12 Library, 9-12 Tech/Business) Hamilton Township School District - 3.9 Township of Hamilton, NJ Job Details $132,814 - $161,605 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications School experience Teaching Certification Full Job Description Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching Curricular Administrative Experience (preferred) Valid NJ (standard) instructional certificate Valid NJ (standard) supervisory certificate Master's Degree in Administration (preferred) Additional training/coursework in school finance (a plus) Knowledge/experience with instructional technology (a plus) Works well with budgets, spreadsheets, and accounting procedures/purchasing Ability to follow all grant information as outlined by State & Federal Government Experience with curricular revisions and implementation Knowledge of State's initiative on Teacher Effectiveness/Evaluation Knowledge of Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus) Working Knowledge of Google Workspace Knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards Ability to coordinate professional development Ability to work collaboratively with instructional staff, building principals (including non-public schools) and other Central Office staff within a large district setting

Based on 2026-2027 HTASA Salary Guide Step 9

In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off.
