Location:
Springfield, OH Schedule:
M-F (with weekend rotation) | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Join the Journey of Hope at Ethan's Crossing. Ethan's Crossing was founded to honor the life of a young man lost to addiction. We aren't just a facility; we are a family system that understands and supports the lifelong journey of recovery. We are looking for CDCA Case Managers who want to provide more than just [clinical tasking]—we want team members who want to provide a "serene environment" for healing.

Floor:
As a CDCA Case Manager here, you are the clinical anchor of our recovery community.
You will:
Guide the
Recovery Path:
Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments under supervision and identify key issues to develop personalized treatment plans and goals.
Empower Through Education:
Provide group counseling and lead individual sessions to teach essential coping mechanisms for those dealing with addiction.
Coordinate Seamless Transitions:
Facilitate safe discharge plans and coordinate care with community partners and referral sources to ensure long-term success.
Maintain Clinical Integrity:
Prepare professional written reports and case summaries that meet the highest regulatory standards for Substance Abuse and Mental Health.
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma. CDCA certification and 40 hours of education in chemical dependency. Must be 21yrs or older.
License:
CDCA Certification, Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant, or Peer Support Specialist.
