Job Description

The Constituent Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Office of the Chiefs and to the Osage Nation constituents and who request assistance in regards to available direct services, i.e.; Constituent Concerns and Complaints, Burial Assistance, Donation Requests, Health Benefits, Regional Gathering Fund and general requests/referrals for the Osage Nation. Execute requests efficiently and effectively. Must have a genuine concern for constituent requests and be dedicated to fulfill their needs. Associate's Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred At least 1 to 2 years of executive, managerial, office environment experience preferred Must have excellent customer service skills Must be able to lift, push, kneel, bend, reach overhead, and pull/carry up to 25 lbs. Requires knowledge of Osage language and culture Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics Requires a high level of problem solving skills Requires familiarity with grant writing, administration, and compliance with grant regulations Requires familiarity with the concepts of project management Requires familiarity with the concepts of budget development and compliance with Osage Nation budgets Requires familiarity with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions Must be able to communicate professionally and occasionally speak before groups Must have experience in fiscal management Must maintain confidentiality at all times Must obtain/develop knowledge in Nation's HRIS system Must obtain/develop knowledge in Nation's grant management system Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be bondable Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing Must have a valid driver's license - may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles Constituents Services Coordinator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 627 Grandview Ave, Pawhuska, OK 74056 Full-time
