Full-Time Position Overview BeHeard Movement is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Grant Manager to lead grant research, writing, and stewardship for both our Tulsa and Oklahoma City operations. This role is responsible for securing new grant funding while ensuring excellent stewardship and reporting for existing funders. The Grant Manager will work closely with the President & Founder to identify funding opportunities, submit compelling grant proposals, manage grant compliance, and maintain strong relationships with funders. This role will also oversee grant tracking systems, maintain organized grant files, and utilize BeHeard's CRM system to monitor outcomes and impact data. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping scale innovative solutions addressing homelessness and hygiene insecurity. Key Responsibilities Grant Writing & Fundraising Research and identify grant opportunities that align with BeHeard's mission and programs Write and submit compelling grant proposals for both Tulsa and Oklahoma City operations Assist in achieving annual fundraising goals through strategic grant funding Collaborate with leadership to align grant opportunities with organizational priorities Grant Management & Compliance Manage all active grants including deadlines, deliverables, and reporting requirements Maintain detailed and organized grant files, documentation, and submission records Ensure all grant compliance requirements are met Impact Tracking & Reporting Utilize BeHeard's CRM system to track program outcomes and service data Prepare grant reports highlighting impact, program outcomes, and service metrics Work with program staff to gather accurate service data and impact stories Donor Stewardship Assist with grant stewardship, including funder updates and impact communication Ensure funders receive timely reports and appreciation communications Support thank-you outreach and relationship building with institutional donors Internal Collaboration Work closely with the President & Founder to develop grant strategy and funding priorities Coordinate with outreach teams in Tulsa and Oklahoma City to ensure accurate program representation Support the organization's overall development and fundraising efforts Qualifications Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability Excellent organizational and project management skills Experience writing or managing grants preferred Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously Comfortable working with data, reporting metrics, and CRM systems Passion for BeHeard's mission and serving vulnerable communities Preferred Qualifications Experience in nonprofit fundraising or grant management Familiarity with CRM systems and grant tracking tools Knowledge of homelessness services, social services, or community development
