Contingent upon Funding Job Description Reports to: Deputy Superintendent of Academics The Director of Assessments, MTSS, and Grant Support is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of district state and national assessment systems, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and grant development and management. This role ensures alignment across assessment practices, intervention frameworks, and funding strategies to support improved student outcomes. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of district-wide state and national assessment systems Support schools in implementing and refining standardized assessment processes Analyze and interpret assessment data to inform MTSS processes Support schools in implementing and refining MTSS frameworks Develop systems for progress monitoring and data-driven intervention planning Collaborate with school and district leaders to align assessment and intervention practices Identify, write, and manage grants to support district priorities Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and reporting expectations Provide professional learning and technical support related to assessments, MTSS, and grants Solicit, facilitate and manage grant applications in conjunction with appropriate Central Office and School personnel Collaborate with central office teams to align initiatives and maximize impact.
