Position Summary Skillpoint Alliance is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and mission-driven Grant Manager to help steward the funding that powers our impact. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing programs that help individuals build skills, earn credentials, and create pathways to meaningful careers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of grants, compliance, data, and mission impact. The Grant Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of funding sources, including federal, state, local, foundation, and corporate grants, while partnering closely with teams across programs, finance, admissions, student success, partnerships, and leadership. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of grants, including calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and renewal timelines. Prepare accurate, timely grant reports and maintain organized documentation. Monitor compliance requirements, performance measures, and funding outcomes. Collect, analyze, and report on key program data such as enrollment, completion, credential attainment, and employment outcomes. Create reports, dashboards, and impact summaries for leadership and funders. Serve as a primary point of contact for funders and coordinate monitoring visits and communications. Support grant proposals by gathering outcomes data, success stories, and organizational information. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, business, finance, data analytics, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in grant management, compliance, reporting, or nonprofit operations. Experience managing government-funded grants at the federal, state, or local level. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in workforce development, education, or nonprofit organizations is preferred.
