To direct, manage, supervise and coordinate the district's equity initiatives and strategic efforts to ensure that resources, systems, and decision-making processes effectively serve all students, families, and communities; to examine and support the equitable allocation and utilization of district funding to ensure resources are directed to students and programs with the greatest need; to develop, strengthen, and monitor internal policies and operational processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with district priorities; to coordinate assigned activities with internal departments as well as external stakeholders including community partners, governmental agencies, and grant-funding organizations; and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative and strategic support to district leadership in translating organizational goals into measurable and sustainable practices.SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Receives administrative direction from the Superintendent Exercises direct supervision over professional, technical and clerical staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTION STATEMENTS
Essential responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Examine district, state, federal, and grant-funded resources to ensure alignment with district priorities and effective use of funds. Analyze funding patterns across schools and programs to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Finance, Federal Programs, and Grants departments on budget planning, monitoring, reporting, and compliance. Provide data-informed recommendations to leadership, including analysis of resource allocation and return on investment. Support preparation of required grant applications and reports to funding agencies. Lead review and improvement of district policies, procedures, and operational practices to increase consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate with departments to identify barriers and implement solutions that improve workflow and decision-making. Develop tools and systems to evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement. Ensure alignment across departments on key initiatives and district priorities. Serve as liaison between the district and external partners, including community organizations, agencies, and funders. Develop and maintain partnerships that support district programs and student opportunities. Represent the district in meetings and public forums; communicate priorities and initiatives clearly. Coordinate review and management of partnership and research requests. Participate in district leadership meetings and strategic planning. Stay informed on relevant policies, funding trends, and best practices. Supervises assigned staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and professional development. Makes decisions affecting district programs, budgets, and partnerships; works closely with internal and external stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience and Training Guidelines Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. (e.g. Five years of increasing responsible Personnel experience including two years of administrative and supervisory responsibility.)Qualifications:
Required Education:
Master's or professional degree (M.Ed., M.B.A., M.P.A., M.P.P., J.D., or related) in education, public administration, public policy, business, or a related field.Experience:
5- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in education, public sector, or nonprofit leadership, including experience in budget oversight, program management, or operations.

Must know how to properly operate or be willing to learn to operate all multimedia equipment including current technology.Work Environment:
On-Site attendance is mandatory for this position. Must be able to work within various degrees of noise, temperature, and air quality. Interruptions of work are routine. Flexibility and patience are required. Must be self-motivated and able to complete job assignment without direct supervision. After hour work may be required.
