Rape and Sexual Assault Manager

HOURS:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
PAY:
$24 per hour

JOB SUMMARY
The RSA Manager provides program leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for DOVE Center's Rape Crisis services for survivors of sexual assault. This role ensures the delivery of mission-focused, survivor-centered, and trauma-informed services that support safety, stability, and long-term outcomes for survivors. The RSA Manager oversees daily program operations, including hospital response (HART), follow-up services; ensures compliance with grant and funding requirements; supervises staff and volunteers; and collaborates with internal teams and community partners to strengthen coordinated community response and service effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of the RSA program to ensure consistent and effective service delivery for survivors of sexual assault
  • Maintains and monitors program documentation and tracking systems
  • Coordinates and ensures timely follow-up with all survivors contacting the Rape Crisis Helpline or presenting for services
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and applicable grant/funding sources
  • Implements and operationalizes program policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Supervises direct reports, including hiring support, training, and performance feedback
  • Monitors staff capacity and communicates program needs to leadership
  • Provides case management support, maintaining a limted caseload to support team capacity and remain current with case management practices and policies
  • Provides court advocacy when needed
  • Collaborates with internal teams and community partners to support coordinated services
  • Builds and maintains relationships with hospitals, law enforcement and community partners
  • Monitors staff capacity and communicates program needs to leadership
  • Coordinates the 24 hour HART team.
  • Recruits, trains, and coordinates rape crisis volunteers
  • Participates in HART on-call rotation as required
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support evolving program needs, staffing changes, team coverage, and continuity of services.
In these circumstances, a supervisor will approve these duties to ensure they do not change the core purpose of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other Behavioral Science field
  • At least 3 years of experience working in human services field
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a team management role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and program demands simultaneously
  • Ability to work evening and weekends as program needs require
  • Strong organizational, time management, and self-direction skills, with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of community resources and referral processes, or ability to quickly acquire this knowledge
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass required background checks (BCI) per UT DHHS contract
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
