We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Inventory Control Lead to facilitate our merchandise flow and maintain 100% inventory accuracy. In this role, you will need to balance technical precision with physical stamina—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and organized in a high-speed environment. This position is expected to contribute 50% of their time on the sales floor merchandising inventory and assisting customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Receiving & Processing:

Unload and verify incoming shipments against POs; tag, prep, and hang merchandise for the floor.

Digital Communication:

Email or chat with our Buying and Accounts Payable teams to resolve issues.

Inventory Accuracy:

Conduct daily cycle counts using NetSuite and RFSmart to ensure 100% stock integrity.

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and store transfers.

Stockroom Management:

Maintain a clean, organized backstock; assist with seasonal floor resets and offsite transfers using the company van (if applicable).

Quality & Floor Support:

Perform QA checks on new arrivals, replenish sales floor sizes daily, and execute price changes. Occasional sales floor coverage and POS processing may be required by request. This is a non-supervisory position reporting to the Store Manager(s). This position requires frequent standing, walking, use of stairs, speaking and hearing. Qualifications High school diploma or

GED. 3-4

years of experience in warehousing, retail, or similar. Familiarity with digital inventory management systems and scanning tools. Basic computer skills and digital communication: Microsoft 365 programs. Ability to solve complex problems. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to read and distinguish numbers/letters on boxes or item labels. Efficient pacing, maintaining both speed and accuracy throughout your shift. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Leadership or management experience. Personal interest or experience in hunting, fishing, camping, or working outdoors in Alaska. Benefits and Compensation We offer a competitive wage ranging from $20-$22 per hour depending on experience, paid holidays, a 401(k) option, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and employee discount.
