Materials Coordinator 1st shift $24.09

Position Description Oversees the organization of products using inventory control software. Schedules order pick ups and delivery. Job Responsibilities Organizes and develops systematic plans for loading and unloading of trucks Ensures the proper labeling, tagging, packaging and receipts of products and materials by using inventory control software to record transactions Processes customer returns and works with other departments to resolve outstanding issues Schedules inbound pickups for common carriers/company trucks and directs to proper destination for delivery; Interacts with internal and external customers to expedite and follow up on orders Leads and coordinates cycle counting duties to investigate and resolve issues Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements Interpersonal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills and familiarity inventory control software as it relates to processing, raw materials and shipment of product Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Education High School diplomaExperience Requirements Physical & Environmental Requirements May be required to lift or carry engines, parts, and/or other materials of various sizes and weights. The supervisor will provide the essential physical requirements of each individual job.
