Inventory Quality Associate

The Inventory Quality Associate will work alongside the Inventory team to optimize FCP Euro fulfillment center operations and improve inventory health. Alongside the Inventory Leadership team, this role shares responsibility for the presentation, organization, and cleanliness of physical inventory and electronic records. This role also has an accountability to positively influence all fulfillment center operations by analyzing errors identified through picked, packed or shipped orders. They will also aim to reduce margin erosion and operating expenses by identifying critical areas for stock optimization (including sales velocity, value, and product composition). Lastly, the Inventory Quality Associate must be committed to elevating customer experience by working in tandem with the CX teams. Responsibilties and Duties Execution of inventory & infrastructure layout based on the plan Clear orders with errors that are funneled through pick/pack Track the frequency of errors stemming from associates using Quality Trackers Track frequent locations, sections, and inventory types that impact operational flow Support the Quality team with recounts of locations with errors Support the Quality team in analyzing weekly/monthly inventory impact stemming from FC teams Reconcile project and audit logs as well as Inventory Health tables Complete optimization-based projects Support the Quality team in reconciling errors presented by the CX team Support the Quality team in reviewing NCR requests Qualifications and Skills 3+ years working with Inventory (count, replenishment, and/or stock efficiency) Assist in identifying processes not working, along with the ability to root cause issues and establish new processes Must have a strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to articulate to management findings and potential solutions for issues Must have the ability move up to 60+ lbs Must have the willingness and ability to be trained on warehouse machinery Must possess a valid Driver's License Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office WMS Experience a plus Benefits and Perks Company-subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, including a zero-premium Medical plan for employees 120 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off), 40 hours of Paid Sick time, plus Company Holidays 401k with Company deposit and match.
