Warehouse Inventory Associate

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Inventory Manager to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting both our warehouse and office functions. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory systems, preparing items for events, and helping ensure everything flows seamlessly from warehouse to install and back.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Maintain and update inventory records across internal systems and website Pull and pack inventory for events with precision and care Receive and organize incoming shipments within the warehouse Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and reordering Collaborate with the team to support event and operational needs Implement and maintain inventory management best practices Perform data entry and generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and variances Oversee post-event returns, checking for damage, loss, or missing items Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Support office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
