Inventory and Shipping Specialist Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing inventory and shipments in a clean room environment, requiring precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Receive shipments of goods with accuracy and efficiency. Take inventory and count parts using quick math skills. Enter total counts into a database accurately. Use scales for quick and accurate measurements. Work in a clean room environment, maintaining cleanliness and order. Sit at a work station for the entire shift, ensuring focus and productivity. Essential Skills Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to perform cycle counts and manage inventory efficiently. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using an RF scanner for inventory management. Experience in shipping and receiving processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Strong technology skills and interest. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with a sense of pride and urgency. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
