This role is responsible for analyzing inventory transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies, monitoring inventory movement, and ensuring accurate inventory records within NetSuite and other inventory management systems. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly analytical, and self-motivated, with advanced Excel and ERP system experience. This individual must be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with warehouse, merchandising, sales, and operations teams to support inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and data integrity throughout the organization. This position plays a critical role in conducting inventory audits, supporting warehouse operations, maintaining accurate reporting, and implementing inventory control best practices in a fast-paced distribution environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory Management & Reconciliation Review daily Zero/Negative On-Hand reports and investigate inventory discrepancies. Verify inventory levels through physical verification and system analysis and perform necessary inventory adjustments. Review daily Out-of-Stock reports and coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm product availability. Conduct weekly cycle counts and physical inventory counts and reconcile variances. Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in ERP systems and inventory spreadsheets. Monitor inventory transactions to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Inventory Auditing & Warehouse Controls Audit inventory transactions and warehouse activity to ensure inventory accuracy across all locations. Review daily orders and verify they are invoiced from the correct warehouse location. Receive and review daily order preparation reports from the other CremiMex Location warehouse and verify proper warehouse invoicing in coordination with the other CremiMex Location team. Review and reconcile inventory transfers between warehouse locations to ensure accurate inventory movement and reporting. Conduct monthly inventory verification and reconciliation for all external warehouse locations. Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with warehouse teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Generate monthly reports detailing inventory adjustments made across all warehouse locations. Support internal and external inventory audits by providing documentation, analysis, and inventory reconciliation reports. Reporting & Data Analysis Review weekly sales and load data submitted by merchandisers and identify discrepancies. Analyze inventory trends, variances, adjustments, and transaction activity to improve inventory accuracy. Prepare and maintain inventory reports, reconciliation reports, and management summaries. Ensure inventory records are accurate and aligned between physical inventory, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Conduct physical counts on company trucks Warehouse & Operational Support Support warehouse personnel and front desk staff in locating products and resolving inventory discrepancies. Assist the other CremiMex Location team in researching and locating products identified through inventory discrepancy reports. Coordinate with operations, warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams to resolve inventory-related issues. Serve as a key resource for inventory inquiries and inventory control best practices. Returns & Damaged Product Management Review returned and damaged products on a daily basis. Verify supporting documentation and process inventory adjustments as required. Coordinate and document the disposal of damaged inventory according to company procedures and compliance requirements. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of inventory control, inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or related experience. Experience working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Experience performing cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory audits, and reconciliations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience in beverage distribution, consumer goods, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory control best practices and inventory auditing procedures. Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations and third-party warehouse operations. Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
