Camarillo, CA Job Type:

Full-Time We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our warehouse team in Camarillo. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders quickly and accurately to ensure excellent customer service. If you are hardworking, efficient, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to speak with you. Key Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload packages from trucks and containers Pick and pull products from inventory with accuracy Organize stock in the most efficient and accessible way Palletize orders and prepare them for shipment Safely wrap pallets to ensure secure transportation Receive, process, and store incoming inventory Accurately label packages and inventory for easy identification Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 35 lbs Basic math skills (ability to calculate box and pallet dimensions/weight) Dependability and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Willingness to work overtime when needed High school diploma or equivalent Preferred (but not required): Forklift experience (training available) What We're Looking For Fast, reliable, and motivated individuals Strong work ethic and positive attitude Commitment to maintaining organized and accurate operations Compensation Pay will be discussed during the interview process.
