Job Description

Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Campbell, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management and seamless operations. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper documentation.
  • Track and manage assets to support operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with annual inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with assembly line teams to monitor inventory usage.
  • Prepare reports and updates on inventory status for management review.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory items to optimize organization.
  • Participate in inventory audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Support the implementation of inventory tracking systems and procedures.
  • Address and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner. Requirements
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with assembly line processes and inventory tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to conduct physical inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in using inventory software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to analyze inventory data and generate reports.
  • High level of reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
