Day Shift, 5x8-hour shifts (start times between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM) Position Overview InSync Consulting Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Supply Coordinator to support daily supply chain operations within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, tracking, and distributing medical supplies and equipment while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery to patient care areas. Key Responsibilities Sort, organize, verify, and properly store incoming medical supplies within supply chain warehouse locations. Stock and replenish supplies in designated inventory locations, including clinical and procedural areas. Inspect and rotate inventory to maintain packaging integrity and ensure products remain within expiration dates. Remove expired or damaged items and report inventory discrepancies as needed. Deliver medical supplies and equipment to requested departments in a timely and efficient manner. Receive supply and equipment requests by telephone and communicate priority needs to team members. Restock nurse server carts, supply carts, and inventory totes according to established par levels. Complete inventory cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records. Support the handling, storage, disposal, and transportation of supplies and equipment in accordance with organizational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies and equipment throughout a healthcare facility. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Two (2) years of experience in hospital supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, or medical equipment handling. Experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment. Familiarity with inventory control systems and cycle counting procedures.
Pay:
$25.00 - $25.50 per hour
