Formalloy is currently seeking an Inventory Associate. As with all positions at Formalloy, there is major opportunity for advancement and no corporate ladder to climb. The fruits of your efforts will be felt immediately by the company. The environment is laid back but innovative and intense at the same time. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with education and experience.
Primary job responsibilities include:
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against vendor packing lists Accurately receive parts into the inventory system and maintain inventory records Organize, label, and put away new stock Pick and stage parts for mechanical assembly Track inbound and outbound shipments Prepare and process outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, and other couriers Coordinate occasional package drop-offs and pickups Run errands to local vendors, post office, or supply stores as needed This role requires access to information subject to ITAR and CUI regulations. Candidates must be a U.S. Person. Valid driver's license is required. Forklift certified preferred.
Experience Required:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and understand packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Windows PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more Typical end time: 4:30 PM Typical start time: 8
