Mallory Safety and Supply is hiring an Onsite Inventory Specialist to join our Onsite team! As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for individuals interested in building a career and being part of an amazing team. Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as an Onsite Inventory Specialist will be to meet the needs of our customers by fulfilling orders and auditing inventory onsite. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills, a desire to be part of something greater and navigates through challenges with a growth mindset. Dependent on performance, this role can offer overtime, travel opportunities and career development. You will be acting as a representative of Mallory on our client site ensuring the highest safety standards, so their employees so that they can stay safe on the job day in and day out! Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, and cabinets Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock Inspect first aid cabinets, AEDs, eye wash and shower stations, and emergency lights Document inspections via virtual reporting software Complete detailed audits using a checklist Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift Here's is what we are looking for in anInventory Specialist:
Valid drivers license with at least two years of driving experience and a driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver policy Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results Creative problem-solving skills Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and write in English Hiring great people is the most important thing we do.
