The Position Are you a self-sufficient, responsible, reliable, creative, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual? Are you seeking to join a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic team? If so, we're seeking someone like you to join our team as a full-time Inventory Clerk. The Inventory Clerk ensures that our inventory is accurately managed, photographed, packed, and shipped efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you to work both independently and as part of our team. Strong attention to detail is a must and will help this person successfully maintain our accurate, well-organized system so it continues to run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Packing, Fulfillment & Inventory Process high-volume orders: pack and ship products quickly without sacrificing precision. Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
Manage stock counts:
Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Maintain efficiency:
Assist with resolving logistical issues and maintaining efficient workflows. Photography & Design Capture high-quality Digital Images . Use of editing and design software to edit pictures and work on creative projects used for e-commerce listings, the company's online and offline presence, etc., to ensure accurate product representation and brand consistency.
Support Business Operations:
Support company operations: Perform a range of tasks and projects as product/industry knowledge increases.
Required Skills & Experience:
Logistics Experience:
At Least 1 year of experience with shipping, packing, or inventory management. Working in an
In-Office Environment:
At Least 1 year of experience working in a professional, non-warehouse office setting. (
Note:
This role focuses on smaller-scale in-office order fulfillment rather than large-scale machinery/logistics)
Design Skills:
At least 1 year of Adobe Photoshop experience. Strong Organizational Skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. A Team Player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Literacy:
Adept at using computers running Windows 11, Proficient in Microsoft Excel , and able to troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues .
Physical duties:
Occasional heavy lifting is required. Nice Skills to have, but
Not Required:
E-Commerce Skills:
Possess an understanding of online marketplaces, from listing to the final step of fulfillment.
Digital Photography:
Basic to Intermediate Desktop and Product Photography experience. Experience using Adobe Creative Suites 3D Modeling Experience using software such as Blender. Have a Background in Graphic Design Bonus points: If you're a coin enthusiast, your knowledge is a welcome addition!

Starting Hourly Rate:
$19.00
Work Environment:

Stable Full-Time Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
