Responsibilities Process Dealer Trade Paperwork. Manage and record inventory and wholesales with attention to detail and accuracy. Product reconciliation, submission, payment and cancellation. Factory part reconciliation. Creates requisition forms for ordering purposes. Communicate delivery discrepancies that may have occurred. Review daily outbound schedules for errors and critical requests that may have been overlooked. Create requisitions forms for ordering purposes. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1 + years Automotive Experience Required. Automotive Inventory, Wholesale and Dealer Trade Experience a MUST! One year of relevant experience. Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Ability to organize, prioritize and execute tasks within deadlines. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff. Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy. Highly professional and dependable.
