The ideal candidate is disciplined, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with warehouse, production, yard, and accounting teams. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts of inventory materials with a high degree of accuracy. Travel to company yard locations throughout California to conduct counts and validations. Compare physical inventory quantities against system records and identify discrepancies. Document and report variances, supporting follow‑up investigations and reconciliations. Ensure materials are properly located, labeled, and recorded in the inventory system. Maintain organized, accurate documentation in accordance with internal procedures. Collaborate with warehouse, production, yard, and accounting teams to resolve issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong computer skills and ability to work with inventory or ERP systems. Solid numerical and analytical ability. High attention to detail with consistent accuracy and follow‑through. Organized, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistency. High School Diploma required; technical training or related education preferred. Prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, cycle counting, or manufacturing preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel in‑state as needed. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who understands the importance of accurate inventory control and can confidently use systems and reports to validate counts across multiple locations. This person should be reliable, detail‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and with cross‑functional teams.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
