Inventory Associate

TD Dental Supply, Inc. is a privately held, leading supplier for all things dental lab. Our products are designed for every dental technician's needs. As we continue to grow and venture into modern dental technologies, we are looking to expand our team.

Job Description:

The Sales and Warehouse Associate will be responsible for picking and packing warehouse inventory for incoming orders and assist with customer service and support with incoming calls where needed. This position handles multiple incoming and outgoing voice calls, in-person product demonstrations at conventions and shows, email inquiries, data entry, and other office duties including inventory updating or other clerical work.

Responsibilities:

Handle multiple incoming/outgoing calls while processing sales orders Manage customer accounts Resolve product and service problems Product information and support to new and existing customers PO fulfillment

Qualifications and Requirements:

Exceptional problem solving skills H.S. Diploma, GED or 1-3 years in equivalent experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail PC Competent (Word, Windows, Excel, Outlook) Accurate data entry and research skills Excellent verbal and written skills

$20/hr or $21/hr depending on experience
