$19.70/hr Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime available as needed Position Overview Road Warrior Staffing is currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate for a busy warehouse operation in Santa Fe Springs. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing audits and cycle counts, and helping ensure inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Research inventory discrepancies and out-of-stock issues Process inventory adjustments and OHA corrections Create reports for damages, shortages, and inventory variances Follow up on incomplete put-away tasks Respond to inventory-related emails and operational requests Troubleshoot inventory issues directly on the warehouse floor Monitor near-expiration products and report findings Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and Outlook Requirements Strong attention to detail is required Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred Comfortable using Excel and Outlook Ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments Forklift experience preferred (Sit-Down, Reach, and EPJ) Strong communication and organizational skills Why Apply?
