In this role, you will support daily operations including order picking, receiving shipments, inventory tracking, and shipping preparation. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be flexible to train in Fremont Location. Responsibilities Order Picking & Packing Accurately pick items based on customer orders Verify quantities and ensure proper labeling Assist with packaging items for shipment Receiving Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Ensure proper documentation and labeling of goods Store inventory in designated warehouse locations Inventory Control Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Report discrepancies or shortages Enter and update data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Shipping Prepare orders for shipment with accurate labeling Ensure packages are secure and protected Assist with loading outgoing shipments while following safety procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Must be flexible to train in Fremont location first.
