What You'll Do We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined, and detail-oriented Assembly & Refurbishment Associate to join our operations team. This role will primarily focus on refurbishing pet wheelchairs and mobility equipment, while also supporting warehouse fulfillment operations as needed. You'll play an important role in ensuring refurbished products are restored to high-quality standards and ready to help pets regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities Refurbish pet wheelchairs and mobility equipment using hand and power tools Inspect returned products and determine refurbishment needs Assemble, repair, clean, and test products to ensure quality standards are met Package and label refurbished products for inventory or shipment Maintain accurate inventory of parts, components, and finished products Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed Organize and maintain warehouse workstations and inventory areas Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and warehouse operations Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly workspace Support team members and warehouse operations to meet daily goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in building and repairing products correctly. You should be comfortable using tools, following processes, and working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
