Job Description

Inventory Associate - 1st
Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing materials, receiving shipments, and ensuring supplies are properly stocked and distributed.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Check deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or missing items and report issues as needed Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory systems Organize and store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and stock rotation Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy Issue materials and supplies to employees while maintaining documentation Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs when necessary Keep warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications:
Previous inventory, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems Basic math skills for inventory tracking and counting Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift and move materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
