Prepare, compile, and maintain detailed reports and records, both electronically and in print. Process inventory adjustments, debit/credit transactions, and reclassifications using appropriate reason codes. Evaluate and handle returned products from drivers or vendors. Reconcile routes, invoices, and other inventory related documentation. Operate inventory databases or warehouse management systems for data entry and tracking. Assist with receiving, staging, and moving pallet loads using material handling equipment. Adhere to established safety, product handling, and food safety standards. Maintain accurate time and attendance records and comply with attendance policies. Work in various warehouse environments, including ambient, refrigerated, and frozen areas as needed.

5:30 PM - 2:00

AM Skills:

Experience with food safety practices and HACCP principles. Prior experience in a food distribution or cold storage warehouse. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years experience in inventory control, clerical, or related warehouse functions (distribution or logistics background preferred). Good organizational skills with high attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with computers, including MS Office and inventory management systems. Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and work with limited supervision. Ability to work in cold storage environments (e.g., refrigerated and frozen areas). Basic math skills for accurate counting and reporting. Teamwork orientation with the ability to support cross department needs.
