Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our growing team in Doral, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily logistics, ensuring the facility runs smoothly, accurately tracking products, and optimizing our inventory management systems. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in warehouse environments, exhibits a strong work ethic, and operates with a high degree of precision when handling counts and stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Control:
Perform regular cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and systematically log stock data to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Receiving & Inspection:
Unload incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, inspect goods for damage, and organize items into designated storage locations.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments efficiently and securely based on daily pick lists.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with facility safety regulations.
Data Logging:
Assist in updating internal logs, databases, or warehouse management systems with real-time tracking data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience working in a warehouse, storage deposit, or inventory management role (1+ years preferred). Solid understanding of basic inventory tracking procedures and electronic/computerized stock controls. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Reliable transportation to our facility in Doral, FL. Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus due to our location, but not strictly mandatory.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
