Overview [Seeking Full and Part Time. Pay raise after training period] Convenient store/gas station industry experience preferred. Welcome Food Store is looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Cashier / Inventory Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced neighborhood store. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service at checkout while also assisting with stocking, inventory organization, and general store upkeep. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders at the front counter Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and organize stock areas efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service throughout the shift Support food safety protocols including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures Collaborate with team members Requirements Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Professional conduct and great service Help maintain a clean, safe store environment Ability to manage time effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, sales upselling, and retail math calculations Experience working in quick service Ability to work efficiently while multitasking across various responsibilities Paid training will be provided for the right candidate We value motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to a positive experience for all customers.
