$28 per hour Responsibilities- Support fulfillment operations by accurately counting inventory, receiving shipments, and packing items according to standard operating procedures
- Receive shipments, unload deliveries, and inspect packages for quality and compliance
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks safely and effectively
- Document receipts and process work orders using inventory management tools
- Perform quality control checks and ensure proper labeling, marking, and storage of parts
- Assist with sorting, staging, and packaging to support workflow efficiency
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address operational roadblocks Requirements
- Experience in fulfillment operations, inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years and companies if specified)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and PIT equipment with proper safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to drive a forklift with training
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Basic data entry skills and familiarity with inventory management systems System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd.
