Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Technician to join our energetic team; working hands-on with top quality body armor. We are looking for someone with experience in the warehouse and manufacturing environment, who is hard-working, dedicated, and reliable. The Warehouse Tech will join our energetic and thriving WH/Manufacturing Department. Work experience in manufacturing for the Military, Law Enforcement, or the Defense Industry is a strong preference. However, enthusiasm and the willingness to learn the industry speaks volumes. Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders Process outgoing shipments and ensure accurate labeling and packaging Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular stock checks Use barcode scanners and company systems to track inventory movement and warehouse activity Support inventory transfers, stock organization, and material staging for production Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory audits as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality concerns

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory management experience preferred Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or stock management strongly preferred Comfortable using barcode scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer software Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team Spanish required, English a strong plus Physical Demands /

Work Environment:

This position frequently requires employee to walk and work outdoors. The employee must be physically fit to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items. This position works in a production / warehouse environment where there are moving mechanical parts and there is often loud noise. This position requires employee to occasionally be in an environment of exposure to manufacturing items, and will require use of personal protective equipment. Pay Range:

$17+ per hour
