POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receiver to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced luxury dining environment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong understanding of inventory and receiving processes. The Receiver plays a key role in maintaining proper inventory levels by ensuring all deliveries are inspected, verified, stored, and documented according to company standards, while supporting operational excellence and compliance.WHO ARE WE?

Manage all incoming deliveries by inspecting, verifying invoices, and ensuring product quality meets company standards Maintain proper par levels for food, beverage, and disposable items, and communicate inventory needs to management Assistwith daily and weekly inventory counts and report discrepancies or issues to buyers Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and proper storage practicesat all times Organize and store products in designated areas whilemaintainingproper rotation and monitoringexpirationdates Conduct daily walkthroughs of receiving and storage areas to ensure cleanliness and organization Prepare daily receiving reports andtransmitinvoices to the corporate officein a timely manner Process invoices accurately within the PMS system Communicate with suppliersregardingdiscrepancies or issues and report them to the Manager on Duty Support overall kitchen and operational efficiency bymaintainingclean, safe, and compliant workspaces Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequentlylift upto 50lbs This is not anexhaustedlist of job responsibilities.REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in a storeroom or warehouse environmentrequired At least 1 year of experience handling food productsrequired Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysSimilar remote jobs
