Inventory Clerk

About the Role A well-established manufacturing company in the Naples area is looking to add an Inventory Clerk to their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in managing inventory flow, supporting production, and ensuring materials are tracked and handled correctly from receipt to shipment. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition Organize inventory and ensure proper storage and labeling Support order fulfillment by pulling and staging materials for production and shipment Follow FIFO practices to maintain inventory accuracy and product quality Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Communicate with shop/fabrication team on material needs Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment What We're Looking For 1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience Understanding of inventory control processes (FIFO, cycle counts, organization) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Team player with a strong work ethic Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience is a plus) Forklift experience is a plus What You'll Get Steady, full-time position with consistent hours Supportive, team-focused environment Opportunity to grow within a stable manufacturing company Competitive pay based on experience
