PM Salary:
$28 per hour On-Site Responsibilities Support fulfillment operations including inventory counting, receiving, and packing activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Operate heavy equipment such as PIT equipment, forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks, adhering to safety procedures and maintenance practices. Unload shipments, visually inspect packages for compliance with SOPs, and perform quality control checks. Document receipts and work orders using inventory management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. Identify and apply appropriate packaging for parts, ensuring proper wrapping and storage throughout the workflow. Sort, stage, and move packages or crates, securing them to prevent loss or damage. Label and mark parts with identifiers as outlined in SOPs for proper tracking and analysis. Assign storage locations and perform audits in accordance with standard procedures, maintaining organized inventory. Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of fulfillment center operations experience, including inventory and receiving functions. Ability to lift 50 lbs and willingness to drive forklift with training. Fundamental knowledge of operating heavy equipment, safety protocols, and maintenance practices. Experience with data entry and navigating inventory management systems. Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and dedication to safety and accuracy. Excellent communication skills within a technical environment. Mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data, derive inventory requirements, and troubleshoot issues. Previous certified forklift experience preferred.
Education:
Warehouse/Receiving/Inventory experience in aerospace or automotive industries is a plus.
