Job Description

Inventory Status Clerk The position in Pensacola, Florida involves executing administrative and clerical tasks related to management reports, contract review, database maintenance, and document processing. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow professionally while contributing to team goals. Job Responsibilities Review contracts and maintain database records Sort, log, photocopy, and file contracts Execute daily processes and controls accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies Support management with administrative needs related to inventory status reports Maintain high attention to detail and sense of urgency to meet deadlines Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of office administration experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized and a self-starter Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $15.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After meeting the qualification requirements, employees are offered through
