Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring inventory transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory control systems. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Enter inventory data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs. Organize inventory and maintain orderly storage locations. Prepare inventory reports and documentation as needed. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, receiving, and purchasing teams. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Assist with inventory-related projects and process improvements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience with inventory management systems, ERP software, or Microsoft Excel is preferred. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits. Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems. Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
