In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, optimizing stock control processes, updating systems and general stock balances. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience with excel and Microsoft systems, and a solid understanding efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to process improvements and strategic sourcing initiatives within a dynamic logistics environment. Duties Monitor and manage inventory levels Microsoft products Conduct data collection, analysis, and visualization using software Assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse efficiency, reducing waste, and streamlining logistics workflows. Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy. Support category management strategies by analyzing sales data, merchandising trends, and retail management insights. Qualifications Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier relationships. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaboration across departments including logistics, merchandising, and finance. This role is essential for maintaining optimal inventory levels that support operational efficiency while minimizing costs. The ideal candidate will bring analytical expertise combined with practical warehouse experience to drive continuous improvement within our supply chain operations.
