Full Job Description Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Fulfillment Department. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day fulfillment operations, maintaining strong communication with customers and vendors, and helping ensure inventory levels are accurately managed to support business needs. Responsibilities Communicate order statuses, updates, and shipping information with customers in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, lead times, and shipment schedules. Create and maintain inventory forecasts based on sales trends, demand, and operational needs. Place inventory orders to help minimize out-of-stock situations while avoiding overstocking. Assist with order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations as needed. Support additional departmental tasks and operational projects when required.

Requirements:

Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and order management software. Previous experience in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, or customer service is preferred but not required. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
