West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock, and assisting with order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will help ensure inventory accuracy, efficient product storage, and smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. Organize, label, and store products in designated locations. Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Generate inventory reports and update inventory systems. Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams. Follow company procedures and inventory control standards. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer and data entry experience. Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Additional Requirements Valid Driver's License required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods. Reliable transportation to West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Must be authorized to work in the United States. E-Verify employment eligibility required. Must be able to travel frequently between warehouse locations throughout Florida and occasionally outside the state as needed.
