Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory Control Associate and become a vital part of our supply chain management operations! In this energetic role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, receiving incoming shipping, and ensure seamless warehouse distribution processes. Your expertise will help drive process improvements, enhance procurement strategies, and support overall logistics efficiency. What you will do:
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Analyze inventory trends, stock movement, and demand forecasts to optimize inventory levels and stocking strategies. Support shipping, receiving, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment operations. Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to improve sourcing efficiency and inventory performance. Utilize ERP/WMS systems and data analytics tools to track inventory performance and identify process improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support operational and management decisions. Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions or clearance strategies. Ensure compliance with company standards for inventory management, product organization, and data accuracy.
What we are looking for:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Ability to carry around 70 - 100 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management. Warehouse supply experience. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
