Inventory Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Inventory Associate to support our daily inventory operations. This role requires physical stamina, critical thinking, and the ability to work accurately in both indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate is team‑focused, safety‑minded, and committed to supporting company goals. Key Responsibilities Receive, count, and organize inventory accurately Move, load, and unload heavy (55lbs) boxes repeatedly (sometimes by hand) Perform inventory counts and basic data entry using Excel Identify discrepancies and apply critical thinking to resolve issues Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times Required Qualifications Basic math skills (counting, measuring, accuracy critical) Experience with Microsoft Excel (basic data entry and tracking) Reliable transportation to arrive on time for early morning shifts Ability to start work as early as 5:00 AM consistently Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Company‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Must be 21 years old or older No prior felonies Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy boxes Comfort working indoors and outdoors , depending on assignment Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and carrying throughout shifts What We Offer Stable schedule with early start times Team‑oriented work environment Company stock program (after meeting eligibility) Opportunity to grow within the company Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, holidays, other benefits (after 90 days)
