We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist with vehicle inventory processing, accounting support, and title/licensing documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all dealership transactions. Responsibilities Stock in used purchase vehicles Process dealer trades, including: Cutting checks Receipting checks Billing transactions Bill out wholesale deals and receipt payments Check in MSOs and vehicle titles Process tax forms and related documentation Handle intercompany transfers Maintain schedules and records Assist the License and Title Department as needed Ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork Maintain organized and accurate dealership records Qualifications Automotive dealership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic accounting and clerical knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively Benefits Competitive Pay Health Benefits Opportunity for Growth Within the Dealership Supportive Team Environment Equal Opportunity Employer Bob Loquercio Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
