Inventory Auditor

Inventory Auditor Job Summary We are looking for a detail‑oriented and dependable Logistics Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and using computer systems to keep operations running smoothly. Training is provided, and multiple shifts are available. What You'll Do Track and manage warehouse inventory using computer systems (such as SAP) Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy between inventory records and on‑hand product Identify, research, and help resolve inventory discrepancies Generate and review inventory reports Operate warehouse equipment such as stand‑up forklifts and electric carts (training provided if needed) Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory levels What We're Looking For Warehouse or manufacturing experience (inventory experience is a plus but not required) Comfortable using computers for data entry and tracking information Basic experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc.) Willingness to operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance Ability to work in a warehouse environment and follow safety guidelines Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems Background in inventory, auditing, logistics, or supply chain Forklift experience or certification Why You'll Like This Role Stable, long‑term opportunity in a structured warehouse environment Training provided , including systems and equipment Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule Hands‑on work mixed with computer‑based tasks—no two days are the same Great fit for candidates looking to grow into inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles Work Environment Clean, organized warehouse setting Available shifts: 2nd and 3rd Two weeks of classroom and hands‑on training Required safety gear includes steel‑toed shoes, work pants, bump cap, high‑visibility vest, and safety glasses
